Ethno Cottage Momo Tepca

Momo greeted us when we came, you can get good dinner and breakfast from him if you arrange it, good hospitality, cute and cozy hut. You can get fresh fish from his fish farm! The road to get there is good, just some potholes that are easy to avoid. Last 100m is on gravel road but not a problem and not steep.

Le concept en petit chalet est vraiment atypique Nous pouvons vraiment déconnecter du quotidien. Le repas proposés (truite pommes de terre ) étaient simples efficaces et vraiment très bon. Le seul bémol est que le petit déjeuner proposés en suppléments n’étaient pas possibles et nous avons dû demandés à plusieurs reprises le prix du repas et nous a été donnés uniquement à notre départ. C’était la surprise du prix. Connexion wifi compliqués. Mais très bon moment pour un séjour proche du Durmitor!

Stunning view, authentic, in the middle of nowhere. The owner breeds californian trout and prepares it for the guests in traditional montenegrian fashion. His son speaks fluent english and german.

The road (?) to get there was under construction, the car we rented was not up for this. There was no mention of this on booking nor on google maps. This is the first place that shows up on booking around zabljak, however with the state of the road that is still a 1hr drive away from anything else... We shortened our stay (but paid for it in full, no problem there) but the owner had become bitter and did very little to accomodate us from then on. It's a shame because we tried to make the best of our time there.
