AVAL Spacious flat near Victoria and Warwick Square

The host was a very prompt communicator and worked with us on an early check in and late check out. The location was fantastic. Very walkable with coffee shops all around and many places to eat.

The beds are not kings but doubles. They were quite firm but that is just a personal preference that we prefer softer beds. Also we came from a cruise and our electrical adaptors were not for the UK. They were sold out all over town so be sure you have the proper adapters. But not a reflection on this unit

L'emplacement de l'appartement dans le quartier de Pimlico est vraiment super bien situé pour commencer ses balades à Londres. Il est également tout proche de la gare de Victoria, ce qui permet de se rendre à l'aéroport de Gatwick facilement, ainsi que de pouvoir prendre le bus et le métro pour se déplacer partout dans Londres. L'appartement était super propre et tout bien aménagé. Je recommande vivement cet appartement.

Ce n'est que des petits détails mais je pense que l'accès au Wi-Fi pourrait être plus facile avec un simple QR code ou juste le nom du Wi-Fi et le mot de passe. La télé du salon pourrait être un poil plus grande.

The apartment itself is very nice, clean, well eqiped and the location is wonderful - local feel with cozy restaurants, pubs, shops.

Communicating is impersonal and at the times absurd, including ridiculous automated replies. Someone is always there and replying, sending long standatdized messages in polite but quite disinterested manner. Contradictory information about accessing the flat made our arrival day quite stressfull. Just shortly before the arrival it appeared that the entry is actually very simple - by the door code! Then why not to inform about it from the beginning instead of making the guest worried? Everything went well at the end but can not say that we felt welcome.
