AVAL Spacious flat near Victoria and Warwick Square

Very well located, confortable, close to tube station and lots of shops and restaurants.

The location was fantastic.

They charged extra for everything. For example, although we were six people, bedding was provided for only five, and when we requested an additional sheet and blanket, we were asked to pay £35. Moreover, an additional €800 was required as a security deposit.

The apartment itself is very nice, clean, well eqiped and the location is wonderful - local feel with cozy restaurants, pubs, shops.

Communicating is impersonal and at the times absurd, including ridiculous automated replies. Someone is always there and replying, sending long standatdized messages in polite but quite disinterested manner. Contradictory information about accessing the flat made our arrival day quite stressfull. Just shortly before the arrival it appeared that the entry is actually very simple - by the door code! Then why not to inform about it from the beginning instead of making the guest worried? Everything went well at the end but can not say that we felt welcome.
