It was clean and tidy, and the check-in process went smoothly. There was some construction on the street, and it was noisy in the morning, but that's not the property’s fault. The Nestor team was very responsive and helpful. Property is close proximity to tube station Pimlico which is 5 mins walk from the apartment.
There's nothing inherently negative, but there is no lift. However, I don't see that as an excuse unless you have heavy luggage or someone elderly.

The location of Nestor is in a quiet neighborhood and close proximity to 2 metro stations and bus stops. Response time is quick when contacting staff.
Our studio in the sub level has a light from the outside stairs pointing directly into the unit and is quite intense. It was a bit hard to sleep. With London having an unusually warm Summer, not having air conditioning will be tough for thos not used to it.

The location is close To Pimlico tube and walking distance to Westminster Abbey and the Houses of Parliament.
Firstly both bathrooms were dank and are in desperate need of an entire new fit out. The paint work around the windows were grubby with dirt and peeling and it felt yucky and unclean. The stairs are a nightmare to carry heavy luggage to the top floor (Flat 13). There is no lift. Also, no beds have gone without a topper since the 80’s. Quite an uncomfortable sleep.
