Great location, responsive staff. We happened to arrive during London’s heatwave and they provided us with multiple fans. They were extremely kind and attentive. Our 2nd story unit had 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms. The windows overlooked quiet neighborhood streets.

We visited during a heatwave and stayed in the ground-floor (basement) apartment, which was very cool, so we survived! The space was good, and the bed was comfortable 😊
It smelled damp (which I guess is normal for the ground-floor apartments), and you could also see dampness on the walls.

Location is safe and close distance to Buckingham Palace and Tate Museum.

The location is close To Pimlico tube and walking distance to Westminster Abbey and the Houses of Parliament.
Firstly both bathrooms were dank and are in desperate need of an entire new fit out. The paint work around the windows were grubby with dirt and peeling and it felt yucky and unclean. The stairs are a nightmare to carry heavy luggage to the top floor (Flat 13). There is no lift. Also, no beds have gone without a topper since the 80’s. Quite an uncomfortable sleep.
