Very clear instructions provided. Directions to property were excellent and instructions for collecting keys very clear - photographs provided really helped. Location excellent with superb links to public transport. Nice area of London generally. Flat was very tidy and perfect for our stay.

Starter pack of tea / coffee would have been nice to be able to make a cup on arrival. Seating in main living area is day bed, which perhaps isn't as comfotable for seating as normal sofa - a few more cushions would probably have helped.

Appartement très clair Les peintures sont à revoir mais je pense que c’est le cas de beaucoup de logements à Londres Beaucoup d’humidité L’espace de vie est sympa et confortable 2 lits simples au salon et un lit 2 places dans la chambre Linge très propre et de bonne qualité

Juste la bouilloire vraiment pas engageante car pleine de calcaire et la fenêtre de la salle de bain difficile à bien fermer

В квартире грязно . Отодвигала матрас, а там пыль, крошки, грязь. Отопление газовым котлом и он сломался, встал в ошибку. Написала в поддержку, инженер пришел через сутки только. До этого без отопления и воды горячей сидели бы, если бы я не разбиралась немного ( перезагрузку котла сделала). Инженер настроил его, но через сутки котел опять перестал работать, теперь уже была другая ошибка-малое давление. И так несколько раз. Квартира находится на первом этаже и окна закрашены, вы ничего не увидите в окно. В общем, квартира требует ремонта
