Flat 2G is a basement flat and no view onto the street

We liked the location and the availability of the washing machine.

A compact little apartment that is in a good location within walking distance to the underground and some of the tourist hotspots. Was clean and had all of the facilities we required. The courtyard was a nice bonus.

I had booked for 5 people and it was a 1 bedroom apartment so 3 beds were set up in the living area which took up most of the living area. 1 bed was a foldout bed and the slats came out whenever someone sat on the bed. Because the living room was taken up with beds, we couldn't all sit around the dining table and the table was pushed up against the kitchen which made it difficult to cook. All the symbols had rubbed off the stove knobs so it was a guessing game when using the stove.

Lovely location, plenty of room

When we arrived the apartment was very cold. We were not able to adjust the heating. All we had was a small plug in heater. We complained and later had heating. There were 2 TV’s in flat but we couldn’t get either to work. We complained but housekeeper couldn’t get them to work either. The housekeeper didn’t speak English so communication was difficult. Surely these things should have been checked before our visit. We were concerned when we discovered the key code to enter the apartments was the same code to enter our apartment and we felt insecure because of this. Anyone in the complex could have entered our flat!
