The apartment is clean, spacious and well equipped with a great location, 10 minute walk to Victoria Station.
The communication from the staff is excellent, with clear precise information about the apartment and also local attractions. I have to acknowledge Tyrek who was extremely helpful and showed genuine concern after i was robbed at a cafe near the Station. He was quick to respond in having the lock/keys changed to the apartment and ensure my well being was of main concern. I would highly recommend Viridian Apartments and will definitely stay here again on my next vacation to London.

Great location.
A shame we were placed in the seemingly budget lower basement flat when we had been told the first floor. Shabby in parts, not at all homely...disappointed as expectations were significantly higher from the description and pictures. (It is not acceptable to say they are a representative of the different flats)
