The location was excellent and the flat was spacious and light.
The flat was a bit dirty when we arrived (dusty floors and the kitchen was grimey) and one of the beds were not made up. Linen only arrived the next day? When I called to ask where it was I was told that the cleaning service doesnt work after hours on a sunday?
The beds werent great but everything else was lovely

great location. nice property.
the utensils in the kitchen were unclean. the drain in the shower area was clogged and it was impossible to take a bath with water level upto one’s ankles/

Convenient location but fumes from petrol station not good, walking distance to the Tate museum and River Thames. There was some nice art in the apartment. Nice laundry machines available in kitchen. Good size for two people max. Beds and bedding very nice.
The key mechanics brought me to tears. Way too complicated and difficult in fact I am a handy person but this was so counter intuitive and nuanced. I still have trauma just thinking about it. Also, can we please provide a little coffee pod machine and some pods? TV was dinky and cheap. Gas station fumes come into windows on the one side. Why cant we be honest with the description of the apartment?
