Walking distance to tube & many tourist sites. Neighborhood felt safe, even at night. Cute London themed decor. Nice to have a kitchen, living room etc.
No A/C, just 1 fan during a heat wave. King size bed was more like a queen bed. Master bath was very small so we all shared the larger bathroom. We had to find a place to store luggage on our last day so we could sightsee before we left. It was a basement unit and the exterior entry area could use some cleanup.

Beds were comfortable, styling was nice, location was quiet, pretty street, close to main attractions
Floor was dirty, my socks were always filthy from the dust. kitchen was renovated but finishing were cheep and roughly done. Leftover screws and paper instructions were left in cabinets and drawers. Not enough water glasses and they were too small. Not enough cooking utensils.
