Mi è piaciuta l'atmosfera della casa, mi è piaciuto l'arredamento. Mi è piaciuta la posizione, a pochi minuti dalla Metro Praterstern. Mi è piaciuto avere il parcheggio ed il supermarket a pochi minuti a piedi.
Non mi sono piaciuti molto i bagni che, a mio parere, avrebbero bisogno di essere rinnovati.

Die Wohnung erfüllt grundsätzlich alle Ausstattungsmerkmale, aber z.B. Bügelbrett und Bügeleisen, Staubsauger und Wischeimer stehen einfach so im Raum. Bis auf Flecken auf der Couch war alles sehr sauber. Die Wohnung ist mit der Tram gut zu erreichen. Bis ca. 7:00 herrscht in der Umgebung eine herrliche Stille.
Alles ist ziemlich abgewohnt, Fenster sind kaputt und alle Matratzen sind ausgelegen und knarren bei jeder Bewegung laut. Die Wohnung lädt nicht zum Verweilen ein. Wir haben hier nur geschlafen und geduscht.
