On the outskirts, 300 m from the centre of Ried, in a quiet, sunny position residential area (villas), 200 m from the lake, 400 m from the skiing area. For shared use: beautiful, well-kept garden. Pergola, garden furniture. In the house: lounge with TV, table tennis, central heating system, washing machine (for shared use), ski boot dryer. Motor access to the house.
