About this apartment rental

Ried 7 km from Fiss: Entry to the bathing lake is included. For your information: Summer Card included. The landlords own a fish farm and an associated restaurant in the neighboring village. Child friendly, beautiful apartment block "Handle". 300 m from the centre of Ried, in a quiet, sunny position, 200 m from the lake, 400 m from the skiing area. For shared use: well-kept garden, lawn for sunbathing. Patio, arbour (swing, sandbox). In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system, ski boot dryer. Parking (for 3 cars). Grocery 300 m, restaurant 200 m, bus stop "Ried i.O. Gemeindeamt" 500 m, railway station "Ötztal Bahnhof" 40.1 km, outdoor swimming pool 2400 km, bathing lake 850 m. Tennis 300 m, gondola lift 400 m, ski bus stop 200 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Fendels 400 m, Fiss-Serfaus-Ladis 7 km. Please note: suitable for families. Ski bus (free of charge). Free ski bus service to the ski region Fendels, Fiss-Serfaus-Ladis. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence. Additional accommodations can be booked.
3-room apartment 52 m2 on 1st floor. Cosy furnishings: living/sleeping room with 1 sofabed, dining table, satellite TV and DVD. 2 double bedrooms. Kitchenette (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower, sep. WC, double hand-basin. Balcony. Balcony furniture. Beautiful view of the mountains and the resort. Facilities: safe, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only.

Es hat alles soweit prima gepasst. Einrichtung könnte etwas aufgehübscht werden. Ansonsten sauber und ordentliche Ferienwohnung.

Die Wohnung entspricht genau der Beschreibung. Sie ist sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Die Lage von Ried ist perfekt zur Erkundung vieler schöner Ziele in der Umgebung. Sehr nette Vermieterin, mit Tipps und Infos für den Aufenthalt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
