About this apartment rental
Welcome to the house Spiss!Our house is located in a beautiful, sunny location near the center. In the village center, just a minute away from our house, you will find our bakery, supermarket, sports shop with rental, pizzeria and other restaurants and a playground. The apartment is located in the basement of our house and was newly renovated in the summer of 2016. The well-equipped apartment has windows that allow a direct view of the garden. Winter seasonThe ski and holiday region Tiroler Oberland with its villages Ried, Serfaus, Fiss, Ladis, Kaunertal, Fendels and Nauders, guarantees you an unforgettable winter experience. The ski bus stops for the Fendels and Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis ski areas are just a one-minute walk from our house. The ski bus is free and brings you in just a few minutes to the base stations of the ski areas. (Valley station Ried / Fendels: approx. 3 minutes, valley station Fiss / Waldbahn: approx. 13 minutes, subway Serfaus: approx. 15 minutes). For the ski region Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis is located in Ried near our house ski pass sales point. For our guests who like ice skating, curling or just want to make a romantic winter walk, our Rieder bathing lake is only 10 minutes walk away.

When booking for 4-6 people, you can choose between two variants. 1. Variant would be a sofa bed for 2 persons and / or, 2. Variant would be a separate double room with bathroom - shower / WC

We had the apartment in the basement. Which didn’t feel like a basement at all. It’s spacious enough for 5 people.
The apartment was very clean, had very comfy beds and had its own entrance from outside. We even had a towel change in the middle of the week.
The host Yvonne was very friendly and welcomed us with a bottle of wine.
Location is super. Two doors away from the bakery and supermarket.
Skibus stop 1 min walk. Skibus only stops there once an hour..
