Modern, beautiful single-family house, built in 2017. In the resort 200 m from the centre of Ried, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 1 km from the lake, 750 m from the skiing area. For shared use: garden (fenced), lawn for sunbathing. Patio, garden furniture. In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use). Parking (for 2 cars) at the house. Grocery, restaurant, bakery, café 230 m, 5 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Ried i.O. Gemeindeamt" 550 m, railway station "Ötztal Bahnhof" 40.3 km, outdoor swimming pool 2.2 km, bathing lake "Ried" 1 km.
