On the outskirts, 300 m from the centre of Ried, in a quiet, sunny position residential area (villas), 200 m from the lake, 400 m from the skiing area. For shared use: beautiful, well-kept garden. Pergola, garden furniture. In the house: lounge with TV, table tennis, central heating system, washing machine (for shared use), ski boot dryer. Motor access to the house. Roofed, parking (limited number of spaces) at the house. Supermarket 300 m, restaurant 200 m, bus stop "Ried i.O. Gemeindeamt" 500 m, railway station "Ötztal Bahnhof" 40.1 km.
