A like-new, newly furnished apartment on the first floor, in a quiet location on the outskirts of Prutz.
From Apart Sunnseita, you can quickly reach the following ski and hiking areas:

• Serfaus/Fiss/Ladis
• Kaunertal

The ski bus stop is located just a few meters from the
Haus. The stop for the local bus is located near the swimming pool (650 m).
Despite its location on the outskirts of the village, shopping, pharmacies, doctors, recreational activities, and good
restaurants are all within easy reach.
If our guests are enthusiastic cooks, they can use our fully equipped new kitchen at
