In the house: storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, central heating system. Steep motor access to the house. Parking at the house. Grocery 1.3 km, shopping centre 5 km, restaurant 3 km, bus stop 600 m, outdoor swimming pool 2 km. Tennis 1 km, gondola lift 5 km, ski bus stop 600 m, ski school 5 km, cross country ski track 5 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: St. Anton am Arlberg 20 km, Ischgl 24 km, Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis 26 km.
4-room apartment 100 m2, on the top floor. Cosy furnishings: entrance hall. 3 double bedrooms, each room with shower/WC and satellite TV. Exit to the balcony. Kitchen-/living room (4 hot plates, dishwasher, kettle, freezer, electric coffee machine, combination microwave) with dining nook and shower/WC. Beautiful view of the mountains and the countryside. Jedes Zimmer verfügt über einen Balkon, einen kleinen Fernseher sowie ein eigenes Duschbad. Wir, 3 Erwachsene, 2 Teenager und 1 Labrador, haben uns in der Wohnung wohlgefühlt.

Deze lokatie gekozen vanwege de betaalbaarheid en ruime opzet. 3 slaapkamers met elk een eigen badkamer, voldoende privacy voor iedereen. Het appartement was keurig schoon. Misschien zijn we wat verwend maar in onze ogen zijn de matrassen aan vervanging toe. Hou er rekening mee dat het appartement aan een weg ligt waarbij je serieus omhoog moet, dit zijn wij als plattelanders niet echt gewend. Mooie lokatie, aardige mensen en prima uitvalsbasis voor skiën.
