CORU House

The location is very good, away from the very center of the old town but close enough for quick commuting to the main sightseeing attractions. The room is very spacious and cozy for few days stay in Praha. One of my best stays for leisure vacations.

the apratment is new and spacious. very good AC (i had the "fortune" to visit during a terrible heatwave). the instructions to enter the building are good, but you better read them before arriving.

I asked twice for a quiet room (a few days before the stay as well), and I was told that they would try to accommodate. At real time, I received a different room from the one I was originally assigned, which faced the street. They did not offer to switch rooms later on. So bring earplugs (and eye cover as well). The room has no character, very basic furniture and design. The shower and sink are small and not very comfortable. The entrance is not on the official address, but on Blanicka 14. important for taxis etc.

The location, the security, the functional nature of the room. It was clean, and comfortable.

There was glass on the floor missed by the cleaning staff.

Location was great and with nearby trams , metros , places to eat and overall a nice part of town .

The loudness of the trams and cars . The comfort of the beds . The advertised size / pictures vs what we got . We were 5 people and then crammed us into a 40m2. Apartment . Everything was tight . There were quite a few faults with the flat , tile on the floor was loose and kept creekjng when you walked on it , only 4 sets of cutlery only 4 plates , limited pots , etc . Soap and towels . The utility room was missing vacuum cleaners or they were broken or irons were gone , broken ironing boards . Trash was super full downstairs .
