Pillows, having something to clean floors with. There were no tea towekls for drying up. No room service or linen change in the 10 days!

The apartment itself was clean and well-located.
The air conditioning was inadequate for the current weather. The apartment got extremely hot during the day and stayed warm into the night, making it very uncomfortable to sleep or relax indoors. I’d recommend at least provide additional fans or portable AC units.
