Prague Roof Apartments

The apartment is located in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood in Prague, with the main attractions within walking distance. The public transport network is excellent, and there are lovely parks and plenty of restaurants nearby. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for both short and long-term stays. It was very clean and tidy. The terrace was the perfect spot to cool down and relax during the summer evenings. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.

The only downside was the lack of air conditioning. This might be due to local regulations regarding historic buildings. However, the staff was thoughtful enough to provide fans in every room.

Clean and modern place with a full kitchen. The house was very calm and you could almost not hear anyone else. As we traveled with kids we used a crib provided by the owner. That worked very well. Check-in and check-out was really easy and the house was easy to find. Public transport, supermarket and restaurants close by. Just 10 minutes walk to the national museum. Great communication with the owner and always quick reply.

The kitchen could be better equipped. E.g. bowls for a salad or some cutting knives to prepare food were missing. Unfortunately it was not clear to us that even though there is an elevator we still had to walk stairs. The elevator just operates from floor 0,5 (between ground floor and first floor) to floor 4,5 (between floor 4 and 5). It was a bit inconvenient with two small kids and a stroller. Furthermore the elevator was one full day out of order and we had to walk up and down from the fifth floor.

Location, clean, comfortable bed

Very hot and humid, couldn't open windows properly due to the sun, restrictions of use of tv, coffee, towels, hot water for showers - not very welcoming
