Excellent stay! Great value for money.
Everything was wonderful! The location is super convenient, close to the city center and main attractions. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Everything was clean and tidy. The room was equipped with a fridge, a microwave, and a kettle, which was extremely useful. Great breakfast with excellent coffee to start the day. Truly amazing value for money—would definitely stay here again!

Good location.
It was very hot. The portable aircon was not efficient. I could not sleep in the mezzanine bed as the heat captured up there so had to sleep on the sofa.

The location is near the city center and has multiple 2-3 minutes walk public transport stations so it's a matter of choice to walk or take a ride to the center.
The room was ok but the mattresses are not comfy, especially that they are directly on the floor.

Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was a great design, sleeping four so was comfortable for our party of three. Good value for money and good breakfast.
The room was a little cramped and there was very little storage space for clothes. We stayed 2 nights and unfortunately our room was not services at all, although I would have expected it after our first night. It would have been nice to have clean and dry towels and clean cups. Also, several things we missing at breakfast on our last day including larger mugs for hot drinks, smaller juice glasses and the bread board and knife.
