The place was very clean, and staff was very helpful. The place is located on a hill next to some very big houses, and it is ~30mins walk from the city center.
The apartment is on the ground floor with no view, and you can see the window view in one of the picture. However, the place has a lot sunlight and make the place very bright and comfortable. Another thing is the distance from city center, but that is price you need to pay if you want a quite neighborhood.

L'appartement est très bien situé sur les hauteurs de Nice. Petit commerce à proximité avec tout le nécessaire requis.
J'ai suggéré à la propriétaire l'achat de 2-3 articles supplémentaires pour équiper la cuisine.
Il faudrait peut-être envisager une clim murale afin que le lit en mezzanine soit également rafraîchi.
Sinon séjour très agréable, avec grande piscine où il n'y avait pas foule donc tranquille pour profiter.
Je recommande fortement cet appartement.
