Sara is a very kind and interested homeowner; she made me feel right at home. The house had everything I needed for comfort and was clean. The location was truly fantastic. I plan to stay here again when I return to Manchester. I think it deserves a 10/10 rating.

This is a great looking flat in a perfect location for visiting student kids or making the most of the universities side of Manchester. It's v close to buses and has parking at the back so we had both options. Easy to get into the city centre. The flat is modern and feels secure, with lift access to the 4th floor. It has great views of the buzz outside. near coffee shops, pub takeaways and groceries though we mostly spent time in the city. Sarah was a great host and offered to sort a problem quickly.
The flat looks promising in the photos but the reality didn't quite match up. The living room area really needs making more comfortable. The sofa looks very cool but it's actually a bit saggy and stained. Luckily we were out most of the time but we couldn't sit and relax in the living room as the sofa is a style that isn't comfortable at all, too deep and the back is too low.
The flat is just getting a little tired and in need of some tidying up and a fresh lick of paint.. There were holes in the walls where pictures and a security camera had been removed or sockets moved, the skirtings and bath sides in the bathrooms are coming away and attracting dirt and dust, some of the lightbulbs were loose in their fittings and flickering, the single beds felt a bit rickety.
The pillows were very thin, and the single beds only had one each. They needed replacing, to be honest. The duvets too. The mattresses felt old and compressed.
Two bathrooms are great but the shower attachments cannot be moved on the wall so can only be used hand-held which made hair washing quite difficult.
Although it is double glazed there can be quite a bit of noise from the street with a Wether spoons next door. It's a student area so not a surprise but it may bother some.
Overall it's a good flat but given what we were paying I wouldn't class the flat as "stunning" which is a shame as it could have been a gem.

The location was ideal for us.
an abundance of very hot water.
Apartment was very warm. Obviously well insulated.
Interesting view from the 4th floor.
Free parking is not generally available, We had to park in the streets for three of our five night stay.
Level of cleanliness was not acceptable.
Sofa was uncomfortable.
Very noisy when it rained. It woke us up.
Bathrooms not an acceptable standard. poor quality showers and wobbly taps.
