Sehr gut gelegen zwischen den Metrostationen Sant Antoni (L2) und Poble Sec (L3). Airportbus Haltestelle Gran Via Urgell ist in Laufweite. Viele Bodegas und Tapas Bars in diesem Viertel. Das Appartement ist zum Innenhof gelegen, somit kein Straßenlärm.
Unsere Check-in-Agentin Alya war sehr freundlich, hilfreich und pünktlich 😃
Bei Bedarf zu beachten: Im vierten Stock mit nur kleinem Fahrstuhl eher nicht barrierefrei zu erreichen. Nachts hört man den Barbetrieb über den Hinterhof, hat uns aber nicht weiter gestört. Es war für uns ungewohnt 300 € Kaution zu hinterlegen, das Geld ist aber problemlos und ohne weitere Aufforderung zurück überwiesen worden.

Perfekte Lage zu öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln, fussläufig zu Altstadt und Ramblas, großer Markt direkt nebenan, verkehrsberuhigter Bereich mit hoher Aufenthaltsqualität, viele gute kleine Restaurants mit landestypischer Küche, Lage im 4. Stock kein Problem, da mit Aufzug, dazu schöner Ausblick vom Balkon auf den Mont Juic. Appartment großzügig geschnitten.
Die Spülmaschine fehlt, zum Spülen fehlte eine Ablage und vor allen Dingen Trockentücher!
Das Doppelbett ist schaukelig und sehr weich.
Wir wurden angerufen wegen angeblich ruhestörendem Lärm - 3 Personen Unterhaltung im Innenraum bei geöffneter Balkontür

Ubicación y tranquilidad del apartamento.
A unos pasos del mercado de Sant Antoni, en una calle peatonal, donde el taxi puede aparcar sin problemas.
Piso en una altura 4, lo que da tranquilidad, iluminación natural y vistas al entorno.
Cobraron tasas por entrada en fin de semana.
El ascensor, muy estrecho para subir dos pesonas y maletas.
La cisterna del WC tardaba mucho en cargar de agua.
Suficiente para dormir y poco más, en el salón solo había pequeñas sillas, no sofá para descansar bien viendo la tele entre horas si no quieres tirarte en la cama.
