Excellent location, very clean and quiet, considering the access to restaurants and bars on the street.
Very spacious
The washing machine took a little bit to work out, instructions in English would have been beneficial. Other than this, no issues or concerns whatsoever for the week we were there.

Location close to restaurants.
How loud it was every night until 2am. Elevator unreliable, so 5 flights of skinny stairs with heavy luggage is not good. No hand soap in the bathroom or backup toilet paper. The kitchen had no cutting board or spatula. Bed was uncomfortable. Whole place was tiny.

Jessica is a great hostess, meeting us at the property and communicating throughout. Even found second set of keys for us as well as equipping us with iron and board.
Wi-Fi was intermittent so TV would cut in and out- Not a huge problem as worked most of time when we were in...
