double bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, a separate and fully equipped
kitchen, and central air conditioning.
It has several balconies: two exterior balconies overlooking Calle
Manso and an interior balcony overlooking a quiet courtyard, providing
light and ventilation.

natural light and cross ventilation. The living room is spacious and
cosy, ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring the city.
It has a modern and functional full bathroom with a shower and a fully
equipped separate kitchen, perfect for preparing breakfast or meals at
home. The flat is equipped with central air conditioning, ensuring
comfort throughout the year.
This flat combines space, comfort and a premium location, making it an
ideal choice for those seeking an authentic experience in Barcelona, in

There is construction work on the building that may cause noise
disturbance.
There is a lift in the building, before the lift there are 9 steps.

- Replacement of towels, sheets, or toilet paper is not included.
- Baby crib:
Price: EUR 30.00 per reservation. It is not guaranteed, guests must
request it 24-48 hours in advance and if available we will provide it.
-Extra guest:
Each extra guest not included in the reservation will be
charged €10 per night.
-Arrival after hours:
Our check-in time is from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m., Monday to Friday (please
consult us if you wish to check in earlier). Outside these hours, we
will charge €30 in cash; after 10 p.m., the charge will be €50 and
after midnight will be 80euros.
- If the day of arrival is a local or national holiday or a weekend,
the cost will be €30 until 10 p.m., €50 after 10 p.m. and after
midnight will be 80euros.
- If the day of arrival is 25/12, 26/12 or 01/01, the charges will be
as follows: €50 until 10 p.m., €100 after 10 p.m.
- The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona in 2026 will be applied.
(€9.50/person/night, over 16 years of age and up to 7 nights). In
addition, a service fee of 15 euros will apply.
• Smoking is strictly forbidden. Any evidence of smoking will result in
immediate eviction and a fine of at least €400.
• No parties or gatherings allowed. If police or neighbors intervene, a
€500 fine will apply.
Guest access
Guests have access to all the apartment.

indoor bars and an authentic atmosphere. On Sundays, the famous book
and collectibles market is held.
• Tapas and vermouth in iconic bars such as those on Carrer Parlament

Historic building, walkup or elevator. Tree lined streets with tons of shops and restaurants. Directly across the street from Sant Antoni indoor market (with large grocery in basement). Easy walk to parks and museums. We’ll be back
