Spacious and bright 72 m² apartment in Sant Antoni, one of Barcelona's trendiest neighbourhoods, ideal for up to 4 people. It features two double bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, a fully equipped independent kitchen and central air conditioning.
It has several balconies: two small balconies overlooking Manso Street and an interior balcony with views of a quiet courtyard, which provides light and ventilation.

The apartment has two spacious double bedrooms, designed for rest, and features several balconies: two small external balconies with views of Manso Street and an interior balcony overlooking a quiet courtyard, which provides natural light and cross ventilation. The living room is spacious and cosy, ideal for relaxing after a day exploring the city.
It has a complete bathroom with a shower, modern and functional, and an independent fully equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing breakfasts or meals as if at home. The apartment is equipped with centralised air conditioning, guaranteeing comfort throughout the year.
This apartment combines space, comfort and premium location, being an ideal option for those seeking an authentic experience in Barcelona, in a vibrant and highly sought-after neighbourhood.
There are works in the building that may be annoying due to noise
There is a lift in the building, before reaching the lift there are 9 steps.
Please take note of the following important information before booking:
- Towel, sheet, and toilet paper replacement is not included.
- Baby cot:
Price: £30.00 per reservation. Not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and, if available, we will provide it.
-Additional guest:
Each additional guest not included in the booking will be charged 10 € per night.
-Late arrival:
Our check-in time is from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m., Monday to Friday (please consult us if you wish to check in earlier). Outside these hours, we will charge €30 in cash; after 10 p.m., the charge will be €50 and after midnight will be 80euros.
- If the day of arrival is a local or national holiday or a weekend, the cost will be €30 until 10 p.m., €50 after 10 p.m. and after midnight will be 80euros.
- If the day of arrival is 25/12, 26/12 or 01/01, the charges will be as follows: €50 until 10 p.m., €100 after 10 p.m.
- The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona in 2026 will be applied. (€9.50/person/night, over 16 years of age and up to 7 nights). In addition, a service fee of 15 € will apply.
- Smoking is NOT PERMITTED under any circumstances. Receiving a complaint or having evidence of smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros.
- NO PARTIES OR GATHERINGS ARE ALLOWED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. If we receive a complaint and/or the police, security or neighbours intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €500 (in addition to the police fine)

Historic building, walkup or elevator. Tree lined streets with tons of shops and restaurants. Directly across the street from Sant Antoni indoor market (with large grocery in basement). Easy walk to parks and museums. We’ll be back
