The unit is certainly centrally located, with many shops and restaurants nearby. The neighborhood feels very safe with many families walking around. The laundry is a shared laundry on the entry floor, one washer, one dryer. We had no problems doing our laundry and because of its location, it is accessible 24 hours a day.Soap for the laundry is provided. The daily 'tidy up' is done during the middle of the day so no one is bothered. It is efficient and welcomed for those of us touring.The shower configurations are interesting and make the bedrooms awkward to access. The showers are in the middle of the room with no privacy. There are no dressers in two of the bedrooms, and little room to store clothes.We stayed on the first floor of units. It was a bit shopworn but very clean.This unit certainly served our purpose (3 adults, 2 teens) and most of our time was spent touring. The management is easily accessed and responds very quickly when needed. I would recommend this unit for its location and pricing.

FYI laundry washer and dryer are shared with other apartments, which wasn’t a problem though. They do provide detergent. The directions for the dryer need to be updated. We kept running out of kitchen paper towels and toilet paper in the 3 bathrooms. Although we asked for more we finally went out and bought more. We also ran out of dishwasher detergent. Bedrooms were very nice and clean, but storage and shelf space were scarce. Luggage in our bedroom had to stay on the floor and walked around. Very centrally located. Really nice balcony with chairs.

We walked everywhere from this location and the staff were very helpful. The rooms were spotless! I would definitely stay here again.
