The property features views across the bay and out to sea, and has easy links to many of the area’s outstanding tourist attractions. The beaches of South Cornwall, Charlestown, with its historic connections, tall ships and quaint streets, and the Eden Project are all within easy reach. A short drive away will bring you to Mevagissey, Fowey and the Roseland Peninsula, all perfect locations for that special family day out, and all providing boat trips, sea fishing, diving, kayaking and a multitude of good restaurants and shops selling local produce and crafts. The Lost Gardens of Heligan, plus many more NT gardens and properties are easily reached. Golf (Carlyon Bay golf course 2 miles), horse riding, off road cycle trails and bike hire are available locally. The north coast, with Padstow, Newquay and Watergate Bay, are within a 20-minute drive. Truro, with its Gothic cathedral, cinema, theatre, shopping and museum, is a 30-minute drive. Beach 2 miles. Shop ¼ mile, pub ½ mile and restaurant 1 mile.
