Nice little cottage right in the middle of town so convenient to get around. Host was lovely - especially as we turned up with no notice after our previous booking had been double booked and we were due at the Eden Project to see Snow Patrol only 2 hours after booking! Host left us a bottle of bubbly, chocolates and flowers - was so kind and helpful to us - we were so grateful to her.

Very spacious and well set up cottage. A large and very functional kitchen. Lots of indoor space and a lovely outdoor seated area and lawn.
Bus stop close to the property for easy access to The Eden Project and into St Austell. An easy 20-25min walk to Charlestown for pubs, restaurants and the coast. Ample parking on the property.

It is a lovely little cottage for a short stay. The kitchen is well equipped. A big garden is a great addition for children. Communication with the host was really good. We really enjoyed our stay.
Unfortunately the beds are not very comfortable. Mattresses are soft and the beds make squeaky noises every time you move.
