A warm welcome to a friendly family run business. Everything was so good. Beautiful room, great shower,, great location, parking, lovely continental breakfast. Nothing was too much trouble. Immaculately clean, beautifully decorated. Highly recommend..

This was last minute fill in when other booking.com booking was cancelled by the property. Fortunately this amazing venue was available. So much more than I expected. Spacious ground floor room off a wonderful garden patio with fountain. Very easy access from the street Rooms around this patio behind .so little street noise. In a residential area but near town Centre also on bus route .for special venues such as as Lost Gardens of Heligan. Served pleasing breakfast Help Yourself to wonderfull mix of fruitsalad plus extra strawberries , selection jogurts, cereals bread toast crumpets tea coffee The breakfast room open all day into evening for guests to meet up and chat if they wish or space outside on patio.For individual guests or couples family to sit and enjoy this garden patio space alone Or meet up other guests Hosts friendly and most helpful. Went out of their wayb to assist when Ober to the station failed to get the arrive. Ideal place for both short or long stay . Lovely place to enjoy downtime between outings to all that and Cornwall has to offer

No complaints about the property .. But visitors need to know the limitation in the availability of taxi and ober services in some parts of Cornwall in the mornings and evenings.
