This is just me listing everything they had, it was all great! The staff (super kind and helpful), the hot tub, the room (tv, bathroom, bed, tables, sofas), breakfast (fresh fruit, breads, pastries, orange juice, hot drinks). We went in early May so we didn’t use the garden or balcony areas, but they were great nonetheless.
I have just two flaws that brought down our stay. The first was the fact the cupboard door handles were these little holes that were too difficult to open. This meant whenever we wanted to open the fridge inside the cupboard we had to open the far right drawer to pry open the next drawer to the left, to pry open the fridge door. It’s a minor thing that a regular handle could fix. But it put us off using the fridge.
Secondly, the tv downstairs. Now I’m a tech guy so I know for a fact they have some amazing TV’s included. 4k 60fps Netflix built in was above and beyond what I was expecting. However, the downstairs tv had this setting that made it so after a minute the screen got incredibly dark. I tried everything to fix it but no luck. Thankfully there were two TV’s (upstairs & Downstairs) so we could watch Netflix in bed. But again, with no TV it made the downstairs redundant.

Everything from start to finish was lovely. We were able to let ourselves in and go straight to our room. The room was fresh and clean and everyone was very welcoming and friendly.
Absolutely nothing. We had a fantastic time.

A very clean and comfortable room and our hosts provided a variety of fresh food for our breakfast. We absolutely love the place and stay here for all our holidays in Cornwall.
