I loved that this place was so quiet, always warm, with no stairs. The TV/wifi worked perfectly well the whole week. The bedroom, living room and bathroom were all pretty spacious. It was fairly close to Tesco, Post Office and several other smaller shops, and within walking distance of Charlestown Harbour. The host was extremely friendly and helpful throughout. Access by keys/lockbox was very straightforward. St Austell in general is also very peaceful and a pleasant place to go for a walk.
I can't really think of anything except perhaps it's a fairly long, hilly walk to the train/bus station and the main high street shops. The bedroom floor creaks a bit.

Good location, off road parking, quiet near to supermarket, beach and tourist destinations.
There is no washing machine or dishwasher.

very comfortable and private holiday annex. was good value for money. Would recommend but I’ll highly suggest you find out wifi issues have been fixed if you’re here for work or will be needing the internet.
The only down side was there was no wifi connection throughout my stay. wasn’t happy about it as I was needed the wifi for work.
