This charming Grade II-listed cottage in the picturesque village of Charlestown is ideal for small families, couples or friends looking for a relaxing coastal getaway. The property is just 500 metres from Charlestown’s historic harbour, plenty of seafood eateries, and a shingle beach for seaside strolls. Keen walkers can access the famous South West Coast Path (500 metres) to enjoy hikes with spectacular coastal views. Head to the world-famous Eden Project (3.5 miles) for a perfect day out.

Downstairs, the hallway opens into a cosy and homely living room with two sofas, one armchair, and a Smart TV – everything you need to unwind after a day of exploring.
