Paris Louvre

Localização é excelente, o local tem máquina de lavar roupas, varal, ferro de passar, secador, cozinha que possibilita fazer refeições e cozinhar. É espaçoso e aconchegante, possibilita uma estadia longa na cidade. A região possui restaurantes, lojas, mercado, shopping e ainda é muito perto de várias atrações que podem ser feitas a pé. Chegar e sair pelo aeroporto CDG também é fácil, pois é perto do transporte público.

Um problema foi devido ao calor. A cama que fica no mezanino é extremamente quente no verão por ter um pé direito muito baixo e não foi possível utilizar. Nos acomodamos na outra cama e foi tudo bem. Para o calor tinha somente um ventilador muito pequeno que quase não dava conta, então foi bem desafiador não contar um sistema melhor de refrigeração. Em épocas mais amenas de temperatura com certeza esse problema não é relevante. Outro ponto é que como quase todos locais em Paris não tem elevador, então é necessário subir 4 lances de escada para chegar no apartamento, as escadas são estreitas e subir com malas e para pessoas com limitações pode ser inviável.

-Top location, in the centre of Paris, 10min from the Louvre. Safe and secure. We walked almost everywhere as most landmarks are at your doorstep. -Very responsive owner. Friendly, French lady showed us in. -All services nearby (boulangerie, supermarket, Metro, etc) -Well-fitted kitchen (we only had breakfast), spacious living/dining area with sofa and TV. -Sleeping: a blackout curtain leads you to a good size bedroom with a single bed (2 mattresses), ample storage. From there, a wooden ladder takes you up to a floating mezzanine, where a double-bed is. -Tastefully decorated and very clean. -Good value for money, based on location and space.

-Quirky, old, narrow stairs: 3 flights of stairs to access the front door of the flat (landings have some loose tiles), 1 internal, steep, very narrow staircase to access living areas. This has a hatch door that, when closed, becomes the kitchen floor. Challenging for people with mobility issues, young kids, heavy suitcases. -Double-bed on mezzanine: low head height, only accessed by a wooden ladder. To avoid 'navigating' the tricky ladder at night (to get to the toilet), we slept downstairs. Not ideal...maybe there could be a double bed downstairs/two single beds. -Bathroom: window could do with full privacy film/glass (only has 50%). We could see the neighbours... The shower door opens only partially as hit hits the toilet, so you need to get into the shower sideways.

Location is very good. Spacious, clean
