The living room has a convertible sofa, ideal for relaxing after a long day. Opposite the sofa, a television is mounted on the wall, providing welcome entertainment. Next to it is a small, well-equipped kitchen area with essentials such as a sink, hob, fridge, washing machine and small storage units.
The bedroom, separated from the living room by an elegant glass roof, brings an additional touch of charm to the apartment. It has a very comfortable double bed.
The bathroom, although compact, is designed to maximize the available space. It is equipped with a walk-in shower and a toilet, as well as a sink with an integrated mirror.
Each element has been carefully selected and arranged to create a comfortable and aesthetic living space, where every detail contributes to the welcoming and harmonious atmosphere of the whole.

The location is very close to Louvre and Opera. The room was as described. It fits enough for 2 adults and one child

We would rent here again. Having a small kitchen helped save $. I can’t imagine just being in a little hotel room compared to this apartment. Loved that it is on the ground floor. Very quiet. Comfortable beds and bedding. Ask how to start the heater. We never figured it out. Great shower and hot water. The location is amazing! We walked to the Louvre, the river, and the opera/shopping district easily.

Very clean and well equipped for the space. Good communication from the owner and and were helpful. Thank you. A family of 3 we spent 5 nights there but found it very tight. Most of the space is taken up with the bed and the pull out couch. Very little ventilation. Only one small window. The door opens to the central entrance to the apartment building so very little privacy. After a short time it felt very claustrophobic. It would be a nice little spot for a couple only for a short stay
