About this house rental
This tastefully furnished duplex in Palm-Mar (Arona) has 3 bedrooms and is fully equipped for 6 people.
The accommodation has an area of 2648 ft², including the covered terrace, and views of the the mountain.
Palm-Mar, in southern Tenerife, is a small enclave, bordering the Atlantic Ocean and flanked by two nature reserves. It is a residential area just 15 minutes from "Tenerife Sur" airport .
Los Cristianos and Las Americas are just a stone's throw away.
A perfect base to explore Tenerife: magnificent nature, beaches, breathtaking landscapes, culture, colonial villages, unlimited sports activities... the best cocktail for an unforgettable holiday.
Along the sun-drenched avenues flanked by exotic palm trees, you will find several restaurants, cafes, eateries, supermarkets, bank, pharmacy, medical centre, dentist
beauty centres, hairdressers, children's park and the beautiful Bahia Beach Club. Nearby, you can participate in various activities, such as golfing, hiking, cycling, snorkelling, etc.
In "Colinas de los Menceyes" the entrance to Palm-Mar, you can enjoy subtropical gardens, waterfalls and two swimming pools, one of which and the children's pool are heated, a spacious solarium with sunbeds and parasols. "Colinas de los Menceyes" has a fully equipped gym with Technogym equipment. give 5 stars because its what it deserves great location complex is very clean great gym great pool poll wasn't cold if anything the loungers downstairs near the pool were a bit tyred but were booking again for nexy year doing 2 months this time

Have been here before. Loved it on both occasions. Only issue is there is a touchy neighbour that complained about noise which was almost certainly over sensitive (it was a holiday with my elderly grandparents).

Great place with good facilities.
The only small issue was the condition of the outside seating which was badly stained.
Otherwise a trouble free stay with good security and facilities.
Heated pools where good in the colder winter months.

Apartment was excellent, service from Lifestyle Holidays less so. IPTV service advertised did not work, and despite 2 visits could not make it work as the broadband speed was too low. Tried to blame a satellite problem for an internet service, no apology or compensation. Problem with bathroom waste meant that we had use of only on basin in the main bathroom, despite visit from maintenance, who left it leaking and did not return to fix it. They also seem to be the only property management on the island who don’t know how to use hold/release for security deposits, they charged my card and left me to pick of the resultant currency conversion shortfall. Again, don’t seem to care once they have their money. The apartment itself, other than the above issues, very high quality, and very nice pool etc. Hot tub was brilliant.
