The host was really kind, Apartment was clean and well equipped. I felt like I am at home. The airconditioner was quiet and maintained 25C perfectly all the day. One Tip regarding all AC units, always dry air, don't cool it. The location is perfect, few meters away was Kaufland, and for me it is not too far away from the center. The place was pretty quiet so i could rest during the night pretty well.
