Good choice for cheap staying

VFM place to stay. The location is very nice, infront of the beach. The room itself not really nice. But the price is good so thats why i consider it as VFM. It s ok for cheap staying.

A very pleasant and relaxing stay with amazing sea views.

Great location, just steps from the sea and easy to get from the airport by bus. Clean and quiet, with a friendly housekeeper. Lovely balconies with amazing sea views.

The bathroom was quite small and not very comfortable.

I loved the view, also we had a good sleep on that big bed for two people. The refrigerator is also very good, we had coffee and tea and two bottles of water. There is also a couch in the room if you have one kid. Maybe without the couch the space will be lighter. It is a good option for one or two nights.

The floor could look better also the color grey is taking your thought to a door in a hospital.

Great location, super clean room, beach suitable for family with small children, various restorants and shops only few steps away, sunbeds and umbrellas free of charge with order of coffee, drinks or food.

Free parking availble nearby, around the neighbourhood, but always at someone elses door. Not a trouble, but in busy days it may be a bit further...

Nice room. Big fridge :). There was a common kitchen, which I didn't know and I was pleasantly surprised. Overall nice room.

No water in the room for 1 day with 40° degree! No excuse, no refund. Stay away from this place

Location, just few meters from the beach and promenade

The last day I was left without water in the room (both hot and cold). No water for 24 hours meaning no shower, no toilet flush, no synk. I communicated to the owner at 10 am in the morning and he said it was gonna be solved in two hours. I came back many hours later in the evening and the situation was the same. I contacted the owner again and he said to wait 45 minutes. After one hour the situation was still the same. Imagine being left in the middle of the summer with 40°+ temperature outside without water for one day. I asked for a refund for the last day as having water should be a basic need for every host. He refused it, thus my score.

Like another reviewer said they provide all you need. They will even drop you at the airport if you need for less than the price of a taxi. Anď its so close to the airport. Great service and amazing views of the sea and sun set. I am returning later this week after visiting Kavala.

I cant say anything I didn't like but the small service table needs a closer socket for the kettle. Or I couldn't find it as I was too lazy to pull the table out to check.

Exceptional

5 star customer service at hostel rates. Got pickedup at the airport by a pleasant host for 20 euro. I was late no problem. I was checking in after hours no problem. Small room but a large bed fit just fine with a large fridge. I thought how odd but it was really useful. I chose without on suite but bathroom close convenient and well designed. No fuss decor but as with typical Greeks impeccably clean and bright. Looked newly painted. And who does a dressing gown slippers iron and board in cuboard spare blankets at this rate so close to the airport and town and on sea front. Bed amazingly comfy. And a kitchen just in the foyer. Tv WiFi. Small balcony. I took cheap room remember. The ones at the front are the business. It was winter but lots of warmth from aircon. If you travel a lot like me and don't give this place 10 you have forgotten what you paid and where you are. If you are nervous about booking outside of town don't be as I'm sure you will be looked after here. Up the road is a busstop short run to the centre 90 cents and the cafe across the road sells tickets.

I couldn't see the sea and wished I had paid the extra couple of quid for the sea view room. It was fully booked when I arrived.

Big disappointment

Friendly manager

No electricity in the room so it was totally dark and it was cold because of the rainy weather outside and no heating system. shower had no warm wate. It was not worth the money and I would like to have the money back. I asked booking.com to ask for money back but no answer.

Very nice location. Super amazing restaurants downstairs. The room was clean.

There was no hot water after 9.30 PM and that was a very unpleasant surprise. The other people that were at the property were very noisy. Every time someone entered the light from the main was coming into the room and that was another surprise in the evening. The refrigerator was very noisy as well and it's situated next to the bed.

Perfect location. Nice view. Nice small details (coffee/ tea set, toiletries). Good Internet connection. All necessary kitchen equipment. Yoo don't need to bring anything here but yourself. See you soon again!

Location is great, owner is very nice, the room was clean, the view was fantastic. The owner even gave us the seaside room for the same price as the backside room. He gave us a warming welcome and we had coffee waiting us in the room. Great place to visit, i absolutely recommend it.
