Absolutely Perfect Location, walkable to the Pier to catch the cruise boats, huge number of eating and drinking places, quiet and very safe.

It is really on a steep incline and uphill so needs to be considered if you have very young children or older people, they may find it difficult to make the walk up.

The property is in a great location and within a 5 minute walk to the lake. The apartment was very clean and tidy and very modern. It is set up really well and you have absolutely everything that you need there. There are several pubs nearby if you wanted to eat out but the kitchen and facilities also made it very easy to eat in too.

Loved our stay so much

We loved the location of this apartment, very close to the very centre of Bowness, there is a steep hill but we found it ok. The size of the apartment was great for 4 adults and having 2 bathrooms made it easier. Great views from all aspects. We were lucky with the weather and used the terrace one evening, beautiful garden and terrace. There was 1 parking space allocated to our apartment, great to not have to find anywhere else to park. We would 100% choose to stay here again. Very comfortable and homely apartment.

Brilliant apartment. Very comfortable and perfect location.

The apartment was quite large with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. However, the kitchen is quite small but usable.

Lovely view from every window and you could even see Lake Windermere from the lounge. Very comfortable beds. Spacious apartment and nicely decorated. Great location and beautiful garden.

The hill up to the apartment could be too steep for some but it doesn’t take too long (5 mins) and is fine if you’re able.

Relaxing and comfortable stay with views of Lake Windermere!

The property is in a great location, just a short walk to Bowness-On-Windermere and Windermere town! The views from the apartment are so beautiful, and it was a very comfortable stay! The beds were so comfortable and would definitely recommend for a good nights sleep and a relaxing vibe! Would love to recreate this for my own house!

The apartment was lovely, had everything you needed, and was really clean. The bed was super comfortable and the apartment itself had a cosy feel. The views were great and the car parking outside the apartment was a bonus. The location was great and less than a 5 minute walk down the road you are into the centre of bowness. There’s a steep hill up to the apartment from the centre but we didn’t find this difficult, there is also another road you can take down to the centre which is easier to walk back up.

Ideal place to stay for family to explore Windermere and surrounding ding areas.

Excellent location on a hill, 5 mins walk from Lake Windermere and shops/restaurants. Parking is available at the property. The property was excellent, clean, spacious and equipped with more than the basics. It's ideal for a family. Host was excellent, responded immediately to a sink leak and cleared it. He even allowed 5 people to stay with the fifth being an infant. The Netflix account was a bonus.

There is very little not to like here. I would definitely stay again. The second bathroom should have a full sink.

Everything. The location was central with easy access to the main high street - 5 min walk max. Free parking. Apartment was spotlessly clean. The main bedroom was very large and overlooked the garden. You had access to the garden, which was great after breakfast to just sit and relax before venturing out. Directions to the property made it easy to find too. The staff were friendly and helpful, and was excellent value for money. Weather was wonderful too. There is nothing we would change.

It was right in the centre of bowness. The apartment looked like new with everything we needed there. Lovely views from all of the windows. It was perfect.

The hill down from the property was too steep for me but there was a pleasant walk down from the other side of the property, it just took a little longer and there was a nice children's park on the route.

Great location, very well presented, comfortable accommodation

Not a criticism, but people with mobility issues may struggle with the staircase which could be a deal breaker. We managed fine. It's a very nice property I'd be happy to rent again.

Lovely clean and comfortable apartment

Great location, minutes walk away from the hussle and bustle of Bowness but very quiet. The apartment is super comfortable and well stocked with everything we needed. There is now a second en-suite bathroom in the smaller bedroom which a great improvement . The apartment has great views of the beautiful gardens and glimpses of Lake Windermere in the distance.

Very comfortable and quiet, short walk to the village of Bowness.

The apartment was very cozy and comfortable with a convenient little kitchen. The host was very helpful when we arrived early and needed to park our car.

It was difficult to find and on a steep hill, but that also gave good views towards the lake.
