Located on the 1st floor with a panoramic view of the horses, you will discover a beautiful apartment with three bedrooms in the middle of nature with all the comforts.
At your disposal: free Wi-Fi, reversible air conditioning, bath and bed linen. Three bedrooms with a double bed each of 140cm. Kitchen area: kitchenette, electric hob, microwave oven, kettle, Senseo coffee maker, toaster, kitchen and table utensils, dining table for 6 people... Shower room and separate toilet. Cosy area: a sofa bed, armchairs and relaxation sofa, extra lamp. Tranquility assured thanks to good sound and thermal insulation.
Outside: nice sheltered terrace, barbecue, picnic table, ping-pong table, darts, deckchairs, outdoor games, access to the 36-hectare estate...
Bright and comfortable cottage, perfect for a stay of 2 to 7 people. The reception room, kitchen and bar are available on request to share convivial meals in greater numbers, on the terrace in summer and by the stove in winter.
A change of scenery guaranteed!
Your companions are allowed if they are sociable, clean and respectful of the interior of the accommodation. They will not be allowed to stay alone in the accommodation. (Box available according to your choice). Supplement / pet.
Your horse can also take advantage of our meadows for an equestrian stopover (extra charge).
About 1H30 from Paris - 55 minutes from Orléans - 30 min from Montargis and Gien. Near Sully sur Loire, Dampierre en Burly power station...
