Lovely park but remember bedding (or hire) and have deposit for damage and clicker (refunded)

The staff were so helpful and they were very accommodating.

The caravan was absolutely freezing and we couldn’t turn on the heating in the bedrooms so all my children ended up sleeping in the double bed for warmth and my husband and I ended up sleeping in the freezing cold room single bed. Restaurant wasn’t open in the evening. Pool wasn’t open. Unexpected costs - clicker to get in and out of gate was €50 which we did get refunded. We ended up leaving after the first night as there was no facilities open and we ended up having to drive 20 minutes for food.

The owner was miserable, and rude.

+ nice caravan + swimming pool was a plus

- the owner was rude, impolite and miserable - we ordered (very expensive!) bedding which didn’t fit the beds. My (polite) complaints were met with very little in the way of resolution. - the mobile home wasn’t clean - the site was very run-down - 300€ security deposit, despite it saying 200€ on booking.com

Avoid if he don’t have tons of patience with rude host

The tent it self is nothing wrong with. Acceptable. But please note there is no bed linen or towels or no cleaning products available.

I don’t know what to say , I feel sorry for the host of this place, maybe he is not well or stressed out ? At least I think not a healthy person would act the way this host does. Very strange and rude “welcoming” I was asked if I wanted bed linen. ( I had taken for granted that it was included) but since we were in the way to our summer residence and intact had our own bed linen with us I refused his offer and said we will use our own. His response to that was”Ok then it is a 300 euro deposit” Deposit for what ? Using my own bedlinen. ? Also on departure he was rude and arrogant. Unfortunately this host should not be in this industry.

Chalet tout confort pour une nuitée de passage.

Réservation faite pour une nuitée durant les vacances de Noël. Le chalet était propre et le chauffage allumé à notre arrivée (le soucis du détail !). Tout fonctionnait parfaitement (robinetterie, ouvrants, etc..).

Un séjour au calme

Les mobil homes sont spacieux, bien organisés et propres. Avec une grande terrasse et des beaux arbres, nous avons profité de l'environnement au calme. Parmi les équipements mis à disposition des vacanciers, nous avons surtout profité de la piscine.

Personnel réactif et efficace ainsi que très agréable

Camping en travaux, premier logement désastreux mais vite rectifier par le personnel, je ne détail pas tout ce qui ne m’a pas enchanté, ce lieux reste un beau lieu mais loin de 4 étoile, et isolé de tout parfait pour un dépaysement quand les engins de chantier ne commence pas leur journée a 10h du matin, je recommande pour jeune couple pas pour les familles

Beau camping, belle piscine, de belles installations, mobil-home confort, personnel a l’écoute et sympathique

Malheureusement nous sommes tombés le meme week-end qu’un grand groupe de jeunes, très peu respectueux qui se baladait autour des mobil-homes en parlant fort jusqu'à tres tard. Le mobil home n’avait pas la clim.

Adorámos o conforto e a funcionalidade do alojamento. Estava impecavelmente limpo, muito bem equipado e ideal para umas férias em família. A zona exterior perfeita para relaxar ao fim do dia.

J'ai apprécié la situation du camping (dans un parc), où les animaux de compagnies étaient les bienvenus, et où l'équipe était réactive pour épondre à des demandes

Le séjour fut un peu gâché tant sur le plan olfactif, visuel et sonore par le chantier de terrassement pou l'arivée d'une quinzaine de mobil homes supplémentaires. Dommage que je n'ai pas réussi à voir cette info lors de la réservation

Une nuit au Parc Nibelle

L'endroit est calme et paisible. Chouette endroit.

Je n'ai pas apprécié à notre arrivé de voir que nous n'avions pas de drap de lit. Le problème à été vite réglé suite à un appel téléphonique, sinon je ne sais pas ce que nous aurions fait. Merci Maintenant en réservant le logement pour une nuit, il est normal que le linge de lit soit présent, cela ne reste que mon avis bien sûr. Je ne vais pas me déplacer de Belgique pour 1 nuit et prendre tout mon linge de lit... C'est pas logique! J'ai trouvé cela cher de payer 35€ pour du linge de lit pour 4 personnes. Voilà, je reste juste assez déçue de ce point de vue là. Sinon l'endroit est bien.

Camping moyen pour une seule nuit. Pas plus.

Le cadre arboré autour de l'emplacement. La superficie du mobile home, plutôt grand. Canap' et lit confortables. L'acceptation et la tolérance de notre chien. Par contre payant pour lui quand même.

Pas de TV. Wifi ne fonctionne pas. Mobile home éloigné de tout. Perdu au fin fond des bois. Des bris de verre sur les graviers là où on gare la voiture. Pas cool pour les animaux domestiques. Bestioles mortes retrouvées sur le sol à l'intérieur du mobile home. Un p'tit coup de nettoyage avant notre arrivée aurait été sympa. Pas de balai. Juste une balayette et une petite pelle. Dans la douche, soit de l'eau trop froide, soit de l'eau bouillante.
