On the banks of the Loire River, in the small village of Sigloy, this detached house for 6 people welcomes you for your stay with family or friends.
Just a stone's throw from Châteauneuf-sur-Loire, the town of Sigloy is in the heart of the Loiret region, on the Loire à Vélo cycle route. On the ground floor, enjoy a large, bright living room including a lounge area and a large, fully equipped open kitchen with a large dining table. A double bedroom (140x190 cm bed), a separate bathroom with shower and bathtub, and a separate toilet complete this level. A washing machine is available.
Upstairs, a large open landing converted into a relaxation area with a bed/sofa (90x190 cm) and a foosball table awaits you for fun times. Two bedrooms (Bedroom 2 with a 140x190 double bed, Bedroom 3 with two 90x190 single beds) and a separate toilet.
Outside, you'll enjoy a fully fenced private plot. In front of the house, a gravel courtyard provides parking for your vehicles. At the rear, a sheltered terrace equipped with garden furniture and a relaxation area invites you to enjoy the sunny days.
Four adult bicycles are available (a baby seat and a trailer for two children are available).
An open shelter is also provided for your bicycles.
