Enjoy your summer vacation in our cozy apartment in a private urbanization with a pool and parking, just a 2-minute walk from the beach, Denia port, and all the services in the city. Forget about the car during your stay in Denia.
The 75 m2 apartment is distributed into a spacious living-dining room that connects to the terrace.
It has 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 en suite), and 1 bathroom with a shower. A complete independent kitchen, fully equipped with a gallery and laundry room. There are spacious closets in each room. Comfortable terrace with modern furniture and air conditioning in the living-dining area and the suite. The living room features a sofa bed for 2 people. Located on the 1st floor with an elevator, and a parking space within the residential area.
The Surroundings
Next to Punta Raset\'s Las Marinas Beach. It\'s a wide, uncrowded sandy beach that is perfectly maintained. Located near the Denia Port, it offers activities for adults and children and is accessible for people with reduced mobility. Restaurants, supermarkets, kiosks, bakeries, cafés, etc., are just a few meters away. Nearby, you can find bike rentals, jet skis, kayaks, diving equipment, near the marina, and just a few kilometers away, you\'ll find horse riding centers, golf courses, karting tracks, surf schools, open-air cinemas, and a multitude of services and activities that Denia offers. Denia is located a four-hour drive from Madrid and an hour from Valencia and Alicante, on the Mediterranean coast. The nearest airports, Alicante and Valencia, are just 1 hour away on the AP7 highway. From the AP7, take exit 62 towards Ondara/Denia/Jávea in the direction of Denia. From Denia, take the Las Marinas Road to Km 3.5.
