Good location and rooftop pool was great
It was a very busy weekend and think the manager on the reception desk was quite stressed. He made a couple of comments which were unnecessary. Room was very small and a couple of maintenance issues which were reported but not addressed.

Akeah Hotel Gran Vía is the best! Perfect central location with nice modern rooms. We loved the rooftop pool and terrace. You get an awesome view of the city, and it was perfect for cooling down during the heatwave. The staff were incredibly friendly. Raquel and the team went out of their way to make our stay extra special. Muchas gracias por todo. ¡Sois los mejores!
