Love the location and beautiful apt.
There is no shower as I was aware of before booking ; however the tub is very small and hard not to get water everywhere. The tubs jets need to be cleaned.

Lovely apartment in a great location with exceptional character, comfortable bed and small garden area.
Old fashioned bathtub/shower isn't easy to use as a shower.

As others mentioned, Vittorio our host was wonderful. He was amazing with communication prior and during our stay if we had any questions or concerns. He helped us with suggestions for storing our luggage (right around the corner) as we had an early flight, arranging a second set of keys etc.. He also provided us recommendations for restaurants which was very nice. Having a kitchen was wonderful as I love to cook and going to local grocery stores and putting together meals with local ingredients was very fun. The outdoor seating area was beautiful and a highlight.
We too would have liked a stand up shower but it was not a deal breaker.
