Very clean. Air conditioning wasn’t working upstairs, but owner had someone out to fix. Could use a little TLC, but perfect for us to have a great time with family. The beach at the lake was so fun and close. The rainy day we were able to enjoy the bar/game room with pool table etc. nice and roomy for the entire family to hang out in to play games.

Mother Nature spoiled most of our plans for a little worn out dad’s getaway, but no complaints about the house itself. VRBO did some sketchy stuff but host was good about helping resolve it.

OUR STAY WAS WONDERFUL!!!!!! Plenty of space, games, fully stocked everything. Love our stay and will book again!!!

I saw the bad review & was nervous about my stay but I reached out to the owner beforehand and he eased my concerns. The hot tub was working as well as the heat. The house had some wear and tear but for the size, amenities and location I thought the price was very fair.
