About this house rental
The house feature 4 bedrooms 3 bathrooms bonus room and large loft, attached 2 car garage with Nema 14-50 outlet for EV charging, open-plan first floor with cathedral ceilings, a cozy living room with stone fireplace and a 55 inch SmartTV, DVD player and a vast collection of DVDs and WiFi internet. State of the art kitchen for the chef in you. First floor also has a master bedroom with adjacent en-suite, another bedroom with 2 bunk beds, guest bathroom, a spacious dining area that can sit up to 12 people and a utility room with washer and dryer. The second floor has two more bedrooms, a loft with TV and and gaming console, a bonus room and another bathroom. It all overlooks to the woods where frequent visitors like white tail deer or wild turkeys munch on a beautifully landscaped lawn.

This home is equipped with a device that monitors the environment inside the property (including noise levels, temperature, and motion, but does not record sound) to ensure guests have a pleasant stay and our neighbors are not disturbed.
This is still our vacation house that we put our heart to and we rent it when we can`t go there, so it is much different from other houses you have rented. It is furnished with quality furniture well over the regular rental standard, with hardwood floors and stainless steel appliances, separate laundry room and a two car garage. Culminating the first floor is the master bedroom with cathedral ceilings and massive master bath with shower and a whirlpool tub.
There is game room with a dart board, air hockey, pool table and a ping pong table in the spacious poured concrete insulated basement where you can spend hours entertaining.
First floor:
Queen bed and baby crib in en suite
2 bunk twin beds (total 4) in second bedroom with an adjacent bathroom.
Living room with couches and fireplace and Samsung smart TV
Dining room
Kitchen ( fully stocked with plates and utensils)
Access to the covered veranda with sitting space and deck with Weber gas grill.

My family and I just stayed here for a week and had a great vaca! The house was really clean, spacious and was very stocked with everything you could need. I have stayed at other vaca homes and they have never been as stocked as this. Having the linens and towels provided was helpful too - less to pack! The house was close to the lake and pool which was great. We were really happy and would definitely recommend this house to others.

We stayed here for a family getaway and it was perfect. The technology was up to date. Clean, organized, and very kid friendly. Nicely furnished. Beach/playground just a two minute walk. Game room was a huge plus for the kids. Highly highly recommend. Exceeded my expectations.

Overall the place was great. The house was completely stocked with everything you can imagine, only a short drive away from blue mountain, and tons of activities in the basement. The only problem that we encountered was there is a decibel level you can reach in the house before it sets off the alarm. The decibel level is only 70 which is the same as a washing machine if you weren’t aware. The fire alarm went off on the alarm system and I kept getting text messages and phone calls about it multiple times throughout the first night. This makes sense to keep the noise down but we were just having a conversation in the kitchen which kept setting off the alarm. It would have been great to know this before booking especially since this house can sleep over 10 people which is easy to get over those decibels. Overall the house was a good time once we stayed out of the kitchen
