Host met us, very nice.A few problems.Ran out of toilet paper, only 3 rolls whole house, 9 people..Main floor bathroom sink didn't drain well.Main floor bathroom shower has a sharp screw head in drainMain floor bathroom tp holder loose from wall.No pillowcase on lower level bedroom.The 'extra fees' were exorbinant , pkig fee in the driveway??Having to take the trash to the dump when paying a cleaning fee!?I could go on.I won't be using your service again.

Our stay was a very nice one. The house had plenty of room for 10 of us. We felt oth only thing missing was sofa blankets and blankets for the pull out sofa bed. We would rebook for a another trip in years to come.

Overall it was a good stay because I had my family. The issues refrigerator didn't get cold and ice maker not making ice. The grill was filthy under and didn't realize until we started. It was a little fire where we had to use the extinguisher. We had to clean the grill ourselves to use. The customer service lady was very rude when I called once we arrived to ask a few questions. Cobwebs all over the patio where we sat. Have pictures but unable to add!
