Seneca Skyline, secluded 1br APT, newly renovated

This charming little apartment is in a great location, off the beaten track but still within a few minutes' drive of downtown Watkins Glen. The view of the lake, at least in Fall, can't be beat, and we could hear racers at the Speedway doing laps in the morning. The pictures are accurate -- the bedroom is very cozy, but the living area and bathroom are good-sized and the kitchen and bath are nicely modern with full-sized appliances (no mini-fridge here!). Couple things stand out that I must note: 1. The driveway has a very steep breakover angle, and lower vehicles WILL scrape the edge of the road, especially if not exactly in the middle of the entrance. 2. There is another rental unit upstairs, and the thermostat for the furnace is in THAT part of the house. If there's nobody there, or they like it a different temp than you, not much you can do about it. Fortunately, the owner is very responsive and adjusted things for us quickly (and provided more blankets). There IS an AC unit in the living room, so it's less of an issue in the spring/summer.
