These apartments have been totally renovated into clean and comfortable units. Large open-concept living/kitchen/dining area flows nicely to the stamped-concrete rear patio and large, spacious yard. There are dedicated firepits and chairs to enjoy the starry nights on the elevated back lawn. Both bedrooms have cozy mattresses and dedicated thermostats to make the nights relaxing and refreshing. The bathroom is situated between both bedrooms and includes a custom tiled shower. The comfortable living room furniture offers plenty of seating and cozy spots to catch some evening entertainment. There are dining tables inside and out, to enjoy home cooking on the stove, in the oven or on the back patio grill provided. The unit is ON the Seneca Lake Wine trail, which skirts the east side of Seneca Lake, and is close to many local wineries, breweries and favorite local dining spots if you'd prefer to not to cook. Seneca Lake and Watkins Glen are minutes away, as is the Finger Lakes National Forest and Watkins Glen State Park. Watkins Glen International is a 15 minute drive, while Corning and Ithaca are roughly 30 minutes away. Enjoy both sunrises over Satterly Hill and sunsets over Seneca Lake once you find yourself in the middle of the beautiful Finger Lakes. Very clean, fully equipped kitchen, gas grill, fire pit with firewood provided. Out of town but very close to breweries and wineries. Plenty of parking. Very safe area

We thought the property was very clean, beds and pillows were comfortable, great location to Watkins Glen and plenty of wineries nearby. The firepit was a great plus with plenty of wood. Plenty of space to park and it was a great place to stay. We would definitely stay there again! Would suggest a few more washcloths and towels.

Nice open space and bed rooms, back area quiet with nice deck. Had a great trip to area and everything was very close to property.
