Mieszkanie ma okna od ulicy i jest tam straszny hałas przez cały dzień, od wczesnych godzin porannych aż do późnych godzin nocnych. Brzydki zapach z odpływu w łazience. Widoczny grzyb w kątach łazienki. Włosy i kurz pod ścianami i w kątach pomieszczeń.
