No refrigerator and beds hard as a rock

The location was exactly what we wanted—so serene and close to nature. The views of Fansipan Mountain were excellent, and the raw, rustic charm of the property was amazing. Beautiful flowers, bees, and dragonflies made the stay feel truly peaceful. We loved the warm pool, the breakfast was delicious, and the laundry service was reasonably priced. The restaurant was available throughout the day, and we even enjoyed in-room dining twice. This place had everything we wanted. In fact, we didn't want to go back to Hanoi and ended up extending our stay!

There was nothing that we disliked but some points to make this place truly exceptional: 1. The breakfast dishes can be named, so that it helps foreigners understand the Vietnamese cuisine. It would also help appreciate the effort that goes behind the dishes. 2. I would recommend adding a sort of farm animals like rabbits, birds, rooster etc. It would give the extra edge to the property and bring in more family with kids. 3. Though everyone uses Google translate in Veitnam, language is not a major barrier. However, it would be good if all front desk staff know basic English. Two of the staff managed English quite well. But there was one staff who was struggling with English. 4. The approach road to the property is very bad. If possible the property can try and help fix.

Great location in the middle of rice growing area. Very helpful staff. Truang was very accommodating and friendly.

View from room was good.

Location is too far from SAPA Square. Road condition at learby location was pathatic. Most of the cab drivers were delied to go to the hotel due to bad road conditions. Staffs do not understand English. Pool was very small. Room was small. I booked for 2 days, but checked-out in 1 day.
